Get set to come out swingin'
29th April 2007
Have you tried this tutorial?
Nah, I used this to learn:
It actually works. Plus, I bugged a lot of people, i.e. HDoan and Wolf Grave on how to set up origins and such. HDoan has this tut he made of setting up origins, but I can't find the link right now.
@sean, oh noes. Already been to that link, didn't dare to get a 50MB thing again. Thanks anyway.
@doompig, thanks a lot, really helps(if I manage to watch it all) Oh, and since when are 3d movements(keyframes and stuff) called amminations/ammunations? lol
P.S.- Also, offtopic, but, uhh.. Im having lightmap problems in Sapien. When I create lightmaps on the main screen, then press Save Lightmaps, Sapien crashes and corrupts the level's textures. What is it about?
I don't really have any experience with lightmaps, so I have no idea.
And it's not my fault the guy can't pronounce "Animations". xP
I didn't make it!
Run lightmaps in tool, much better than doing it in Sapien.
Hah, thanks, I got the hang of it. I was having trouble about whether Fp anims use cameras or not. Anyway that problem is solved. Now, this lightmap thing, I meant the lightmap tool in Sapien. I don't even know how to use lightmaps in Tool... :p Offtopic:- Hey Ruan, hows yer arm? I sent you a PM some days back, pls ignore it.
What arm? Oh, you mean that chunk of metal or plastic or whatever it is attached to Ruan's arm?
Yea, that...whatever. No, I meant missing string's missing...err injured arm.
He got a prosthesis =/.
Geez, slow processing times.
