hello, i recently got into the halo modding scene, im a moddeler and a lil bit of a skinner, but i have encountered a problem. I have no problems loading weapon models into 3d programs, but where can i find the skins/textures for the weapons? I searched through all of halo's folders, but I cant find any textures, can someone enlighten me, please?

thanks!

In Halo PC you open a map in HMT and go to [bitm]bitmaps and go down to weapons. Viola, you have the skins. Go "save texture" to get the .dds for editing.
