Hello, on Halo 3 I just got this message today whenever I try to load any map, "Players failed to load content". I tried cleaning the disk, restart the xbox, clear the cache, and deleted the Halo 3 files from the HD. I looked online but I cant find any solutions. Does anyone know a solution?

Simply to go custom games, and open up the maps list. There it should say it's retrieving the custom user data. That should do it. The maps should appear, now. Load the playlist and you're set. You'll have to do this everytime, though.

Nope that didn't work. I think the disc got damaged and I can't confirm this until about several days from now when I can test it on a different Xbox.

Have you tried re-downloading the maps? Maybe the download was interrupted, somehow.

I tried that but I believe that isnt the problem. Even the maps that come with the game doesn't load.

Ok I tested the disc on my other Xbox and it works fine. Is my other Xbox broken or has some corrupted file on it that prevents it from loading?

Maybe you got some mod installed?=p You can try to run the game from your HDD, but that would be kinda selfish (it takes like 2 min longer to load online, so it's kinda crap if everyone plays the game from the HDD). I know it has been a long time that this was posted (6 July), but i don't know if he has found a solution and the Halo discussions don't get much posts... So the time limit of 2 weeks isn't valid. (ok, maybe it is but w/e)=p

Heh sorry I didn't post my solution, thought I did. But anyways, I think that the disk was just too scratched and made it unreadable, so I just bought a used copy of Halo 3.
