Whe i start up Halo, it will bring up the loading screen. When this happens, it normally goes right through. When it did last time, i went into multiplayer, internet and tried to join several different games. When i did, it just didn't respond. I closed halo and tried joining a game through xfire. When i did this, it brought everything up and then said unable to join game. I decided to try uninstalling andre-installing the game(this normally fixes the problems). Then after the re-install, i tried to open the game, but this time it froze in the loading screen. I again tried to uninstall and re-install the game and still no change:mad::bawl:  :bawl:  :bawl:. Can anyone help me?    PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this happening with any other games? If it is then you may have something wrong with your internet connection.

What is the spec of your PC? (graphics card, RAM and Processor speed most needed)
If you just reinstalled the game, you'll probably need the patch for the current version, 1.07.
Download it here:

Have you changed anything about your PC since you last uninstalled Halo? What is your PC's spec?
Try this:
- Right-click the Halo shortcut on your desktop
- Click "Properties" at the bottom of the list that comes up
- In the bar that says "Target:", go to the very end. It should end with something like "Microsoft Games\halo.exe"
- Add -safemode to the end of the target, OUTSIDE the quote marks, with ONE space. It should look like "...\halo.exe" -safemode
Click OK and the window should close. The next time you load Halo it will run in safe mode, which disables a lot of the game's features, but also solves a lot of known problems. Try running the game in safe mode and see if it works.
