[PC] Error refreshing online servers

hell everyone.....my computer used to work fine then one day it had this error when i hit refresh: An error has occurred trying to contact the GameSpy master server. and i don't know what to do...if any one know's of any patches or anything to help me please post

Why is that a Problem. I know alot about Halo and Halo 2. And I'm a+ certified in computer hardware...
