Ok, I am installing Halo again after getting a new harddrive/hard disk and when it gets to b40.map (25% approximately) it will wait a min and say cannot continue installation because a) Hard Disk is full (Which it isn't... I have hardly anything on there except the requirements) or b) Files are in use (How?/) If anyone has a solution, please help. I was in a rush to post this so I didn't search for a duplicate topic. Thankyou
What size is the drive, and do you have a partion. Post your specs as well.
In my halo game, theres absolutely NO blood. serously! is this a problem? can it be fixed?

That is because you have the particle effects either turn to a low setting to off, look in the video section of the game settings.
^Actually the particles have nothing to do with blood. Particles are dust, explosions, fire, sparks, stuff like that. Decals is what blood is.
Decals are anything that wasn't built in to the environment that you put there, like blood, bullet holes, scorch marks, cracks in ice.
Particles can be off and blood can still be there as long as decals are on.
I cant do a thing to decals! its shaded gray along with shadows and another setting and its locked at off or no
...and when i quit halo and start it again, the particles go back to the default (off)!
Maybe you're running in safe mode. If it does it automatically, it probably means your PC can't handle anything more. What are your specs?
how do u turn safe mode off?
If your system sucks too bad, you can't. If you turned it on somehow, then do whatever you can to cause an exception error several times (typing a lot of in-game messages will do that) and it will eventually ask if you want to run in safe mode. Just say continue and that should be it.
