This error just started today at first i thought it was some sort of stupid mini mod, on this one server i joined which was playing some map called SkyHigh, on a server called feelit HL2mp and almost everyone in that server seemed to have the same prob, well i said the hell with that and it was laggin to, so i joined a server with a stock map, and wouldnt you know it, the same error, oh yes, this error is, There is no lightmap (ie no shadows) and the guns are black, and the player models are glowing red and blue flashing. Now the odd thing is, no one in that server but me seemed to have the error. can anyone help me?

NVm I restarted Steam and it fixed itself... thx anyway
