I remember buying Half Life 2 DVD platinum edition over at EBgames and installing it and having HL2, HL1, CounterStrikeSource, and TFC as my package. I've not played HL1 in god know how long, but I'm strangely itching for some CounterLife...How is it I no longer have it in my package? When I double-click the HL1 icon in the My Games tab in Steam it redirects to the Buy Game page. I thought I was seeing it wrong or something and I said WTF. Would Steam deactivate it if I didn't play it often enough, like revoke my license for it or something? I don't think I should pay again for the game, right?

Put the disk in and see if it recognizes the game and if so, try in run it from there of install it again. You could try putting in the CD key again, nut I doubt that would work.

No, the games won't disable if you don't play it. Plus, using the DVD / Entering the cd-key has no use as he already used the key on his steam account. Best thing you could do is ask on the steam forums & also submit a ticket to Valve / Steam.

Yes. As I stated in the first post, I played it a while ago but haven't played it in about 2 years since then...
