I am looking to join an already established and serious mod team, preferrably a multiplayer mod, to work primarily as a concept artist. I have traditional as well as digital art experience such as drawing, sculpture, photoshop, wacom tablet, etc. I have done skins for Source before but need some catching up in that area if I am to work also as a skinner. Besides being an art asset, I have very in depth knowledge of game design itself. I give valuable insight wherever and whenever applicable in a mod project. Included in this post is a link to my Deviant Art gallery so feel free to swing by and judge the quality of my work for yourself. Deviant Art gallery-- http://www.nghtmre01.deviantart.com/ I really want to add more work to my portfolio that I can link directly as experience working in a game industry related field. If interested please contact me either by reply to this post, or through my email address which will be provided. email-- nghtmre_@hotmail.com -- David "_nghtmre" Antunes

I know that it's not nice to advertise mod for other game here, but you might be interested so why not? First though I have to say that your work is very impressive, you are realy good at drawing, and I guess you're would be good at creating complex textures too.

Have you ever heared about Forgotten Hope/Forgotten Hope 2 mod for Battlefield 1942/Battlefield 2? I realise that it's a different gme with different modding possibilitys, but since you're mainly a graphics artist you might find it interesting. Here is a link to Forgotten Hope webiste: http://forgottenhope.bf1942files.com/main.php?lang=english And here to the forums, place where I come from;): http://forums.filefront.com/forumdisplay.php?f=479

Modification is there since long time and is pretty serious, so if you like world war II and think you could make a good addition you could try. Devs are always looking for new people.:naughty:

Though the mod looks to be of high quality, I'd prefer to stick to doing a Half-Life 2 mod. Also, I'm a little burnt out on WW2 games and I need pieces on a topic that is more original to add to my portfolio as I don't want it to appear cliche in any sense. Thank you for the offer though, I appreciate the consideration.
