Since the old thread died out, I start this one with some updates.

The mod is progressing slowly, but steadily. There has been some cleaning up in our ranks lately and some positions have become available again:

Coders: We need coders to work alongside our lead coder, since he can't do everything alone. Applicants must know C++ and work in HL2 before would be appreciated.

Mappers: Mapper positions are open again! You are required to have previous work, even if unpublished and be fairly familiar with the Hammer editor.

Modelers: There is one little restriction -for the time being- for the applicants: we need modelers who can model anything organic (humans, animals, anything). In other words, the new modeler(s) is mainly going to focus on the character and NPC models.

Texture Artists/Model and Weapon Skinners: We are in need of texture artists. Just as in the other positions, applicants must have some previous work, not necessarilly published; they just have to know how to do this job.

Concept Artists: COTS is in need of a new concept artist. Applicants must skilled to a certain degree and be able to work in cooperation with the other members. Dedication is a plus.

Weapons/Military Specialists: Our former specialist had to leave for personal reasons, so the position has emptied. Before he left he had covered most issues, so it is just details that have be taken care of by the new WS.

Nicely, it seems to be a new Modification though. But a nice website, i like the layout. And it seems more and more people are using the HL2Files Free Domain.

FF|SkyriderNicely, it seems to be a new Modification though.[/quote] Yeah, we've been moving very slowly, due to certain difficulties. Most of the progress has been done in the code (most of the main part of the code's done, but details are yet to be taken care of) and the script, that's why there haven't been media releases.

It's fast, free and easy; why wouldn't anyone want to use it? =P
