These are six weapons created with 3Ds max 5 for hl2. I'm terrible at skinning but i just wanted some feedback before i carry on. [COLOR=darkorange]thereĀ“s absolutely no wrong at the mesh.[/COLOR] [COLOR=darkorange]and yes.. work alittle more at the skin and it will get perfect[/COLOR] :) [COLOR=darkorange]you do right if you keep it on.[/COLOR]

You've got a good start on the basics of weapon modelling, but some of the weapons look very blocky and I'm assuming you just photosourced the skins directly from your reference images? For the future it may be a good idea to try learning to skin on your own. People usually appreciate well-made by-hand skins better than photosourced ones.

It looks as you went along your models got better and better, so just keep practicing and your technique will improve. It's somewhat hard to tell anything specific with your model's polyflow or anything like that without wireframes, though.

I just finished re-modeling and smoothing out the mac 11. Does it look any better besides the tigger guard warping? :uhm: [ATTACH]41214[/ATTACH] :beer:
