I hate when people are kicked from one side to the other because of Auto Balance and they TK like a bastard not realizing the've switched teams. One recent time in particular I saw a guy get moved from the NVA to the US side on LZA - he teamkilled a handful of US soldiers, then he tried to take a point with other NVA's. He was shot by the NVA at that point. The few US soldiers he TK'd asked "what was with that?" and he replied that he was just playing the game and shouldn't have been TK'd. Funniest part was when he said "Why am I being TK'd by the VC?" because he was using teamsay. *sigh* Oh and a n00b is a n00b is a n00b. Sure not everyone knows everything - especially with the game only being a few weeks old at most (some countries got it earlier than the US) - but it's a matter of just having the FPS common sense. There are so many things that are universal in team-based first person shooters, whether you're playing BF1942, BFV, UT2K3, RTCW... whatever. If you don't understand enough about a game to get along ok with other people, play the game solo for a while. There are reasons that mode is there, and practice is one of them.

I suppose I'd better fess up and admit I did something smacktard-ish. I was sniping, zoomed in and laying down on top of a wall in Hue. Someone walked in front of my scope, and all I saw was his Asian face. I shot - only to realize I TK'd. Having been US the whole night, I forgot on Hue I was ARVN.

I've experienced this before. I personally really love the Huey Slick, transporting Marines to wherever the front line is. When you start helping your team like this instead of going off and doing your own thing, it really helps and people get along. Ok, maybe I was whoring the Huey slightly, but I was providing a service and not being total 'tard and just doing my own thing. However, there are some people that just dont get it, and will shoot you in the head when you land to pick people up.

Mmm smacktards, yes plenty of those. Most annoying of these are no doubt the M60-fanatics who keep claiming on every server they can find that "the M60 is fine the way it is" and "shouldn't be nerfed in the upcoming patch".

Any intelligent person can see that the Heavy Assault class on american side is way too overpowered. I mean, the vietnamese guy when choosing the SA-7 doesn't even get the rifle he does get when he chooses the RPG7!

m60 side is def. overpowered.

Anyways coming from Counterstrike, the smacktards in this game are nothing. I sware cs has so many damn hackers, smacktards, retards. They have it all. A normal day of cs these days consist of doing good on a server, then being called a hacker, then having the admin slow hack you and then kick and ban you. (slowhack is when they change stuff around in your config to make your comp load very slow)

I can pretty nuch deal with anything coming from that game..
