I have 1 6600gt and am debating on whether i should save up some more and get an 6800 and maybe one day graduate to sli configuration or go ahead and buy another 6600gt (i've only had it 3 days). If you have any suggestions please reply.

Well what's wrong with the 6600GT? It runs HL2 fine, doesn't it? If you'd buy new 6600GT, you would have to buy a new motherboard too?
Nothing is wrong with the 6600gt i am just thinking about the future, and my dfi motherboard has sli configuration.
Get the NX6600GT (its the strongest in the 6600's!) It has: Pixel Shader 3.0+ nView Multi-display Technology Intellisample 3.0 High-Precision Dynamic-Range DVC (Digital Vibrance Control) 128-bit High-Precision Graphics CineFX 3.0 engine UltraShadow II Vertex Shader 3.0 The power is: 128bit GDDR3 500 mHz GPU (overclocking to 550mHz doesn't make problems, all works fine) 900 mHz Memory (overclock it to 1150mHz - no probs) 400 mHz Ramdac ------ Video I/O D-sub DVI --- (You need both of the same type or you can get probs!) I preffer you think about buying the NX6600GT instead a 6800 (almost the half of them is alot weaker than this 6600!!). I also had the choice between a 6800GT and a 6600GT, i chosen the NX6600GT, because of its power...
it either the 6800 or another eVGA 128-P2-N368-TX Geforce 6600GT 128MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card

I love my card! But hey yur 6600 GT is fine. It will hold you for a couple more years or at least the comign year. If you want to get a card that will hold you for the next 2-3 years get one of these: BFG GeForce 6800GT GeForce 7800 GTX ATI Radeon X850 PRO ATI Radeon X1800 XT
i like your reply but that doesnt answer my question, should i get another 6600gt or go ahead and upgrade.
Sorry for the double post but i'm a noob that cant find the edit button. Anyway, can i put my eVGA 128-P2-N368-TX Geforce 6600GT 128MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card with a MSI NX6600GT-TD128E Geforce 6600GT 128MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card?

I wonder if that would compare to my ATI Radeon X600 SE Hyper Memory PCI 256MB x16.
