Ok first of all I'd like to say hello to everyone since I'm kinda new and stuff...So yeah HEY EVERYONE :)

So now that we've got the formalities out of the way, on to my problem which I desperately hope someone can help me solve...

Recently I decided to try and play Steam games with my Xbox 360 Controller and well it seems I just can't seem to get it to work properly... More specifically I want to play TF2 with it, but since this subforum is for help in general I hope it's ok that I posted this here... Anyway my problem is with the Y-axis on the right stick (which would be for looking up/down) No matter what I try, I can NEVER look up and down! Everything else works just fine, all other functions work 100%, I can move and even look left and right, but up and down just doesn't work...

And believe me when I say I've tried just about everything... I've checked everywhere, I even found a topic about setting up an XB Controller on the official Steam support page, and using said article, was able to set up most of the Controllers functions, but the up/down axis is still a mystery to me... I tried manually setting up the up/down look option, but nothing I've done so far seemed to have any effect, so here I am in hope that someone has an answer for me...

Well thats basically it and I thank you for any tips you may give me in advance...

Have a good one

This may help you with playing it without too much difficulty. Half-Life 2: Blade Installer, Half-Life 2 Downloads, Half-Life 2 Utilities

Thanks for the link, but unfortunately that doesn't solve my problem as SwitchBlade only supports HL2...

oh alright.. well sorry.. But I've run out of ideas.. Maybe you'll have to leave Team Fortress 2 as an exception and just use the mouse and keyboard for that.. Sorry :(
