Okey #1: The maps some times stick in while loading and do not finish loading making me have to restart my PC. #2: The game locks up ALOT when I try to do just about anything making me have to restart my PC. If you can help me with these things i'd be very happy!

you can try veryfing integrity of game cache or defragmenting local game files, you can access those options by right clicking on the game icon in games list, selecting propertys and local files tab.

if this doesnt help, try re-installing gmod10. if that doesnt work, try updating some drivers. and if that doesnt help...then...just keep hitting ur pc untill it works :d

oke well i dont know if it will be different for ur pc, but anyways this is how to update a graphics card on my end: first get to your control panel, then click "appearence and themes", then click "display", then click the top settings tab, then click the advanced option, then click the top adapter tab (now if this worked for you so far you should see your graphic card's name; eg: nvidia / ati ) now click "propertys", and another mini screen will pop up, on the top tabs you should see the driver tab, click it and select the update option hope this helps :S
