You fell a victim of a prank. There's no command that strengthens grip. What you're being killed by is most likely Grip-Kick-Pull-SaberThrow combo that a lot of Force whoring players do on FFA servers.
In Lugormod siths can level up their grip level to lvl 5 which makes the grip ranger longer and the grip strength stronger. I suppose thats what you mean... If so there is no 'password' to get it higher.
