So I've been having hankerings lately, after a very long time, of going back to playing some JK3 and even making up some character models I had originally planned before my 'retirement' and life's hostile takeover since...But frankly it's been 6 years and I'm thinking there may be nothing left of this community. The seemingly empty forums aren't comforting, either.

So, is there still a playerbase? Is there still anyone to mod for?

There's still a few people out there who play, but most of the people I know who played back in the day have moved on.

If you enjoy making content, then make content. Even if nobody uses that content, you have still created something and sharpened your skills.

Eh, it's not even like it would be sharpening my skills...Just satisfying unfinished business I guess. Kind of just an impulse. I half left because I thought I'd move on to bigger and better engines, half because I was banned from every JA+ and Darkrp3 server(I'm probably still jk3's greatest troll to date) but I did have a slew of character models I wanted to do and after Pyramid Head's seams problem I kind of always felt guilty that the one I went through with had a glaring defect.

Jk3 is relatively easy to work for and I have experience so I figured for dusting off after several years and how much my modelling skill grew after it should make a decent warmup.

There is still a small community around but the game is only getting older.

Look around online. I know there used to be a few decent steam groups around JK3.
