I was just wondering if it's possible to make a silver (or other colored) blade in Jedi Academy? It's obviously not in the game, but I was wondering if it's possible to mod the saber colors, and add a new one? Thanks.
Just download JA+ it has a built in RGB saber color slider. you can choose ANY color you want.
ClanMod also has this feature.
I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
If you're having a hard time deciding, I would chose ClanMod simply due to the fact that it doesn't drastically alter the gameplay of Jedi Academy from what I've seen. I can play JA+ in Single Player surprisingly, though there are a lot of bugs when one does so. Though that statement is, as I said, simply from what I have seen and I have yet to test Clan Mod for myself to verify this.
if u have pakscape u can open assets i forget witch 1 & change the referance pics. best way would b2 make a folder path than save the saber file with files u need than us something like winwar 2 make pk3! u can change blade colors & core shapes & core colors in ja+ they have totaly black saber *no core* but i changed core to white that looked kinda weird with black glow! so i changed it to a purplish color now looks like a cool blacklight color saber~witch i changed some of the higher npcs 2 use witch gave nice change for sp game!
...Uhm, I'm sorry but I in all honesty cannot read your post. This is a forum, not an IM. Please type out your words so that people can and/or will bother to try to read it.
I want to know how to get the saber colors and RGB into base so I can use it on any server.
i want to know if i can apply a shader like lets say the crome shader to a sabers blade for a extra energy effect!
Thanks a bunch guys!
But will the RBG slider work in Single Player for JA+?
EDIT: Nevermind, JA+ doesn't work for me in Single Player, so I'll give the other one a try.
EDIT2: Nevermind, ClanMod is a MP mod.
I don't suppose there's a mod that has it for Single Player?
Nope. There's no singleplayer source code available, so it's not possible to code new features for the singleplayer side of the game.
I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.
