Hi, I own a PCI Voodoo 5 in my machine. When I load the game the graphics are excellent, but my point is that the the text like the cursor and are funny. I can't even read them! This is annoying, I made sure I had the lastest driver. Can anyone please help me out? :bows: :cya: :smokin:

A PCI Voodoo 5, huh? Wow.... Are you aware that 3dfx went out of business several years ago?

Well, if you think the graphics are "excellent" (even though it won't display text in Jedi Academy correctly) with a card that is 5 or 6 years behind the state of the art, you will probably be stunned and amazed with the quality of the graphics from a card that is only 2 or 3 years behind the times.

For as little as $33 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150064 you can upgrade to a less-obsolete-but-still-good card that will not only deliver "excellent" graphics but that will also display text you can read! It won't play newer games like Battlefield 2, but at least you will be able to play 3D games that are less than 5 years old.

Well, I don't really need a new video card..... I heard that there is something called wicked gl i downloaded it but I'm trying to find Jedi Academy in the list but it's not there! It improves the graphics and stuff. :) Thanks, Anyway!
