AbU5e5 or 6, depends on what mood im in. ( I voted 6) 5 is a much darker film than any of the others, but for alot of the film little is happening. 6 has a nice variety of environments, and some great battles, and concludes the trilogy - but as mentioned earlier ewoks defeating stormies is a little too far fetched. If it had been wookies, it might have been believable.
4 is very arcadey, little depth to the characters, the story doesn't realy flow, and the battles are abit shallow. 1 is good.... but let down by the characters jar jar, and anakin. 2 is also good, but the storyline is abit weak, and the padme character is just plain crap.
I disagree on every word
tFighterPilotThen why did you put The Clone Wars as an option? :uhm:
'Attack of the Clones'....'Clone Wars'... its all the same realy;)

Good for you, but it doesn't stop me from being right =D
I voted for Return of the Jedi, simply because Luke finally kicks some ass as a Jedi in the whole Original Trilogy. :D

No, actually it isn't, and anyone who think so does not entitles to make a poll like this
Damn non-StarWars-geeks
Empire Strikes back, much 3vil in that movie. I cant believe ep.2 has so many votes though...The only redeeming features of it are the last epic battle (Still not as good as the battle of Endor) and Yoda showing us his almighty saber skills.
Episode one had a little more holding it together, but most of the action was very disappointing. The new style of dueling was quite nice to watch though.
A new hope was very good just to sit back and watch, a true classic "Save the gal, defeat the bad guy" type thing, except for the nice twist of Vader killing Ben at the end and leaving room for another episode.
Return of the Jedi...Now that was probably the best for the action, some of the scenes were just plain stupid (though amusing), nonetheless it still makes up a valuable part of the first trilogy. Nothing from the new movies can compare to the classics.
Now I think I should start a poll about the best books...
