Open GL problem hey guys and gals. listen i cant even get this game to run is there anyone out there that is the Yoda of computer and that can help me with my little problem, and that i can play this game and get my moneys worth? I have a pentium 4 and the newest stuff to date but the game still doesn't wanna play! And no its not the game cause i have tries 3 diffrent discs of the game!

by the way if you are intrested what the system anlaysis comes up with ... well this is what it says... and yes it is all passes!

In case you are using one of the NVidia cards, go to NVidia's Website and download the latest drivers for your OS. I'm sure that if you are using another card it will remain the same way. Hope I helped, it is THE MOST common problem with the new games.:rock:

ok man i had the same problem with the "archieve" that i created of the cd. i "loaned" my bro-n-law the cd and he came up with the same thing. all i had to do was get the 1.03 patch and install that(mainly for the eax drvrs) then install the 1.04 patch. now since this was an "archieve" and i am thinking you have the same cause u say u used 3 different cd's ;) goto [..removed..] and get the nocd patch for the 1.04 version of the game. extract the contents to the game directory. execute the patch and now u dont need the cd to play SP or MP. this fixed his and he also had a nvidia card. make sure you get all the latest drvrs for the vid card also cant hurt.
