This may be a weird question, but it's aimed toward the whole community.

When you see someone posting, and he speaks like this:

i want a model from ff but maybe you cant do it but plz i rely want it in jdi acdmy.thank you so much, if you do it, i will love you......................................................................:bows::bows:........

What do you think about him?

I mean, when I see someone who talks like that, dont word themselves properly or anything else there is, I dont want to show respect. Personaly I think the whole community should pick up their typing skills...even me.

There are some people, like the staff and other respected members, who type correctly. And to those I show respect. But when I think of people who type like that (), I dont show respect. OR maybe I do, but I certainly dont want to. I am not very patient, no. But I do think that this community should pick up, and type properly.

Who elses agrees with me?

(This post, by the way, was a question to the whole community, and the post I did above was not portraying anyone, just general people who type wrong)

Indeed. Especially with n00bs that join to post one thing in the Clan section. All they say

Join my clan! Here is a website that has no ip because we don't have a server so we will play on someone else's.

I feel like flaming them for that. Their probably like 8 year olds who don't know a thing about games who insist that people join his n00b clan. I agree with you, John, about those stupid idiots that ask for something with no details and all they put is random smilies like this one: :deal:

Well, by insulting them then you're no better than they are. You'd lower yourself to their level of maturity.

No, I agree that one doesn't look very professional by writing like that, but that is none of your concern. So I don't really see why anyone should (as you choose to call it, which I find to be a ridiculous term) flame them for it. Because at most times it's people that are not very familiar to the language, so instead you should inform them how to make a request, and correct them if they've spelled a word wrong.

If they were new to the language, they would probably type something like: "Could make mod for me?" not "c0u16 u m4k3 h4x0Rz 4 m3! 1'11 w0Rsh16 u!" Alright..perhaps that IS a bit of an exaggeration. But still, I will despise "l33t sp33k" for all my days. :P

This is one of my personal pet peeves. However, with all the IMing people do nowadays it may be hard to snap out of the state of mind that "Oh, i dont have to respond right away" when they post.

I don't like people who are instantly negative towards someone, no matter what they've said, unless its something really bad.

For example when someone gets flamed for 'not searching' or for posting an already answered topic, and some people totally just shoot them down. Seriously, is it so bad that they should ask for help even though its been asked before? Not everyone who comes to forums realises they nheed to read the forum suggestions topic or w/e.

I also dislike those who harshly criticise, especially those who are good at what they do and see fit to bring their wrath down upon the 'little people'.

Alot of the people here are not familiar with the language. I think everyone needs to be shown respect reguardless of their typing or spelling skills. It wont kill anyone here to have to "decypher" part of what someone is saying ("leet speak" excluded. screw that garbage).

1. I have no patience 2. Sometimes it says 'FORUM SUGGESTIONS/RULES . MUST READ BEFORE POSTING'

Indeed. This is what pisses me off the most. Why can't people leave some friendly criticism instead of "This is a piece of sh!t. Everyone on this skin is ugly!"?

Yes, true, but what about Americans that come here?

Half can't talk for nuts.
