I'm thinking of starting to play a RPG game, the problem is that i'm a newb on RPG's, the only RPG i've ever owned is Diablo 2 (if you can call it a RPG, more of a actiongame if you ask me). Anyway, Kotor looks cool because i'm not so fond of this "medieval" theme that 99% of all RPGs have but kotor looks nice becuase it's in the future, and I also like Starwars.

My question is: Do you need to be a hardcore RPG player to enjoy this game or do you think that I would find it fun too?

Oh no, this isn't some "hardcore" rpg, and has a really fast learning curve. The first five minutes I was completely lost, but that was only because of my foolishness at not looking at the movement controls. Seriously, you can start playing the game at once without reading any read me's or manuals and only have slight difficulty at figuring out the movement controls (Which are pretty close to FPS).

wtf? you haven't got it yet?!? get it asap! it's a good game with a good story and good graphics. don't be afraid that it's to complicated or 'hardcore'. once you start, you can't put it down until you've completed it. and then you want to start all over again :)

Oh yeah, it is really addictive. I played one session for 78 hours straight with no sleep and only two meals.

Ensign, you have some problems :p.

It's the first RPG that I ever (seriously) played. I must have finished it ten times since I bought it in, I don't know, I think it was April. It's the sort of game that leaves you crying for more.

There will be plenty once the site comes up and people see that it also has a forum. Right now the only way for people to see this forum is pretty much through word of mouth.

Do you know how long time it's left until kotorfiles.com goes online?

Well, in early August it was possible for it to be online in just about two weeks. It is nearly a month afterwards so it is almost done.

However Nateanite, where is that update you keep telling us will come? :p
