No this isn't a competition. If it becomes one when my question is answered, meh. I haven't played the X-box version so I would be of no use, which partially is why I'm asking this question. Anyway. Apparently, the PC version has an extra location(s?) which the X-box version was lacking. Given that nobody knew/cared when I once asked in General Gaming, I thought I'd pose the question here instead. Does anybody know which location(s) are new? My guess would be the station in orbit of Yavin 4, with that cool old Rodian living on there. If this is the case, would that then mean that all the things he sells are new too? For example, he sells some kind of powered exo-skeleton armour for about 10,000 credits which I usually use. There's also a droid shield with unlimited uses. And you get to save the guy from those lizards, Trandoshans I think they're called. If this isn't the new place, or if there are other places, could someone please tell me? I have no real reason to know, I'm just curious :D.

Yea, the station around Yavin IV is the new location, and I have yet to hear of anyone finding the stuff you can buy there anywhere else in the X-Box version. However, if you have X-Box Live!, you can get an update that adds that location. I'm interested in know what the 'alternate' ending that X-Box users can get by using the second controler when entering the room where Malak is at the end.

Thought so. Thanks! Alternative ending? Hmm... I don't suppose someone who's seen that would care to post it in a [ spoiler ] spoiler [ /spoiler ] would they? I'll never find out, otherwise. Unless I find it on the net somewhere... /me hits Google

Hidden Ending (You need two controllers for this trick) Before the the final battle with Darth Malak press the L & R Triggers plus the Y Button on all controllers that you have plugged into the Xbox. It's recommended to have the primary controller in port 1 and another controller in port 4. This must be done before you enter the door to face Darth Malak. You'll know if you did it right if your Jedi takes out her/his lightsaber. Then open the door and walk up to Malak and talk to him. Contributed By: dmarteng

Thanks, but I mean actually tell me what happens, what the alternate ending is, for I'll never play the X-Box version and don't know anybody else who will :D. My cousins own an X-Box, but they wouldn't play a game like this, and I'll never buy an X-Box, so... I'm stuck :clueless:

You could always take a vibroblade to the throat of the head producer of KotOR and deliver and ulimatum.

Either add any special content from the console version to the PC via a free patch, or something mildly unpleasant might happen...

I could do that :Puzzled:

But I think it'd be easier if someone who's seen it just told me :p.

IIRC the baragwin assault rifle and two lightsaber crystals can be bought there and not on the Xbox. The Baragwin Assault rifle is the most powerful weapon in game...
