I was wondering why the carcano rifle isnt allowed on any rifle server i have been to, on that note, none of the itialian skins are available either, and idea to why this is?

Well, even if you are playing in Breakthrough (which I would assume you are), it's quite possible that you're still joining Spearhead servers. And no Spearhead server would have the Carcano and Italian stock skins, since those are only in Breakthrough. That's my answer.

Yea, and seeing as BT client connects to SH servers...you need to find a BT Ro Server

and how can you tell which kind of server you are connecting to?, sorry i havent ben back for a while, my comp died.
