Not sure if you can (probably but why would you want to do that?)

All you have to do is put your downloaded .pk3 file in either : C:/program Files/EA GAMES/MOHAA/main <- That's for Allied Assault C:/program Files/EA GAMES/MOHAA/mainta <- For Spearhead C:/program Files/EA GAMES/MOHAA/maintt <- For Breakthrough

Then go to Multiplayer options and your new skins will probably be at the bottom of the Skin list. (without replacing stock skins)

you can simply by renaming each custom skin as a multiplayer skin (ie. allied_sas.tik, axis_elite_sentry.tik...) then recompiling with the same directories but hey...that's considered cheating/hacking by many servers . you also run into problems sometimes with the animations .
