How do you set a script to charge the weapon? -1 reply

I have downloaded a bunch of quick grenade scripts but they all suck. Not one of them allow you the option of chargeing the grenade. And worst yet if you by chance hold the key you bound to the action it will cause you game to go into chaos. You just start spitting out grenades and firing your weapons non stop.

This is what I want to do. bind the scrip to the f key. and have it do the folowing.

when you hold f it will switch to weapons bank 4 (grenades) and will charge the grenade till you let go, just like when you use a grenade normally. but after you throw it, have it switch back to weapons bank 3.

I want to do this with out the stupid wait so many milliseconds thing cause I found that makes you keep doing what your doing till that times up. Such as walking in a line that you can't stop thus running into barbed wire.

Do it with two keys, one to hold and one to release, e.g. bind f "weaponbank 4;+attack";bind g "-attack;weaponbank 3" because you can't actually bind a keyUp event.
