We *the U.S.* have good ties to Britain, and I will sometimes see BBC World on. To our Aussies down undah we have Beautiful ties, except when Steve Irwin put his baby near a croc!

uhhhh. well i think the US opinion of the UK is a bunch of people who lost a few wars with us and are sore losers who suck up to the US so we dont crush them again. NOTE: THESE ARE NOT, I REPEAT NOT, MY OPINIONS. i have heard my friends say this stuff tho.

3 points. in the war of independence the americans descended from british, and a couple of generations back their family was british, they werent american as we know today, also, the british supply lines were stretched too far for us to fight properly, and we won more battles in that war, u can check, i forget the names tho. secondly, in the world wars america claims they 'saved our ass' in which they didnt, ww1 no1 1 , an armistice was signed, secondly, in ww2 britain did fine, america fought the japs alot, and worked combined with britain ov every operation, dday, market garden, caen, many battles more2, bulge, anyway the russians would have overwhelmed the germans too, so americas entry wasnt totally critical, and another point, we dont suck up to u, its that blair and bush r both the most powerful wester democracies.

Lots of people I have spoken to consider the Americans cowards for staying out of the World Wars for so long. As for you saving us your military is a bit of a joke (Far too many blue on blue engagements) A friend of mine commented, "The Americans aren't soldiers their boy scouts with guns"
