Wondered if anybody knew how to get the effects on the robe. The lines that seem to be sticking out. Wanted to use them on a torso i was making.
the ones that look like symbols on the robe, if i didn't make it clear enough.
Do you have photoshop?
I will tell you it basing on photoshop:
Make new layer over torso texture Choose rubber stamp as a tool Select the thinnest pencil as a brush of rubber stamp tool
Alt + Left Click background (torso texture) Left click new (empty) layer, exacly in the same position where you alt+clicked background.
Draw shapes as you want Apply "bevel and emboss" effect on new layer.
Thanks Meush, works great. i have photoshop
hey Meush do you think you could give a little more detailed tutorial on how to do it? I have Photoshop 7.0 and what do you mean by "rubber stamp tool" were is it? and about the "Apply "bevel and emboss"" weres the "bevel" i know of the emboss but not the bevel. well thanks anyway.
Rubber stamp is two positions under crop tool, and just over eraser (BTW, now it's called clone stamp)
Bevel and Eboss is a layer effect:
Select layer In the middle of layr window are six buttons: click first Effect window will appear. Select "Bevel and Emboss" effect, and you're done!
Thanks Meush i didn't know they changed the name to clone stamp any way thanks i never new about the layer affects before  so thanks.
