I'm seeing a major lack of meshes for you GothiX....

And increase the fog range a bit OR better yet use the worldspawn key that sets the fog to start rendering after a certain depth.

Unless you convert some of those brushes into meshes I'm going to have to agree; in that first screenshot the long poles look dreadful as brushes!

Meshes allow you to make smooth surfaces with smooth lighting in very odd shapes that would be too hard to do with brushes. Oh yeah and a mesh can be concave in shape whereas a brush must always be convex.

I don't think that map can contain only meshes and corves, without any regular brush.
