How do you get onto the bonus levels.......tried password...TUSKFISH...... didn't work, partner got medals for ALL medals....gained all except the one for Pearl Harbour (and skeleton keys), but used password for Pearl Harbour medal, .......still no bonus level though.......HOW DO WE GET IT???!!!!!!!!!:confused: :smokin: :beer:
