I don't know how can I explain it, but you should look at this (attached file).
I've found this on some maps:
1) Yavin jungle, where Jaden and Rosh are going to academy 2) Desert planet with sand monster 3) Siege "Hoth Assault"
So please tell me what is it and how to do that

theres a chance there models, you can get some mountain things for hoth verymuch like that in one of the model folders. I also wpndered... if you look in hoth_siege.map i think they textured with terrain?
I don't get it... This map, terrain brushes are too difficult for me...
thanks wade.. thats just what i needed to learn.... i just hate that its so hard to make a desert look very loooooooooong.... but now its possible even for a fool like me :D ;p

I should make a room textured with caulk Second caulked room inside first A cylinder textured with some mountains inside second (and first) room Some skyportal enity at middle of cylinder
And put those rooms somewhere in map? _______________ | | |_______________| < Level
__ |__| < those two roms with cylinder and skyportal inside
Actually I've read it, but I don't understand it and the picture.
I need some easier way :nodding:
Make a caulk box and cover it with the same sky shader as you have on your skybox.
Make another box around this box of caulk, nothing more.
In the middle of it all place a misc_skyportal - and if you want it to work its best it must be EXACTLY in the middle (give or take a few minor units)
Build whatever you want in this new 2 layer box (inside the inner box). Whatever you build in there will be drawn in the sky all over the world.
