I have nothing against NPC tools beta, but I use notepad. It is just simply and best...

Tell me, what "classname" has your Lady Vengeance (it hould be in NPC file)

Also, edit "feathers.png" (or .tga) to make them invicible. You can also use .shaders

There is veery lot of ways to remove feathers. And NPC Tools beta wouldn't make it.

MeusH, Plasma's Lady Vengeance is only a skin for the Tavion model originally made for JKII:JO so I assume that it would use the Tavion classname. I have edited the tavion.npc file and put it in the pk3 (link to file is in above post) and the classname is "CLASS_TAVION". But I thought that the npc file is only used when you spawn an npc into a game? I hadn't thought of using a completely transparent head_feathers.tga file... will try that tonight. Shaders are beyond me. :uhoh:

So change "CLASS_TAVION" to "CLASS_IMPERIAL" or "REBEL"

Just anything except TAVION, because CLASS may add her those feathers. If not, make in .skin file this: feathers,*off

So, there, where You have a link to feathers picture, type *off

You can also repaint them to transparent

Download Npctool Beta.copy It To Base.click Add New Npc . Go Playermodel "(dooku In This Case)"then Configure His Weapons,behaviour,misc.etc,and Thats It!

Ok, since this topic is mostly about Models and converting, I've got another question, I think its answered above but I'm not sure what they're talking about, sorry but I desperately need to know: how do you convert MP (PLAYER) models to SP, not its player not npc, and I just can't get it to work in JA coz I don't really know how to separate it under head, torso and legs, could somebody pleeze help me?
