I have heard that JK3 will use the same engine as JK2. will this mean that you can easily change JK2 mods into JK3? All you would have to do is change file & folder names, wouldn't you?
Yeah, I think so too
with a bit changing and trying it will be easy to make jk2 mods working for jk3 I think

Yes it will be easier to mod for but we are talking about converting jk2 mods to jk3 mods. It will be a matter of renaming files and changing file paths. And maybe converting a few files, but I am sure it will be possible.:agreed:
mapping will still be so hard, cuz they use Radiant again, I think :deal:
I remember reading somewhere that they were going to make it easier to map and mod. Can't remember where, though...
yeah i heard it was gonna be easier...i got that from jediknightii.net but i could be wrong :fistpunch:

Yes it is going to be easier. I dont think they are using the same programs to map cause lucasarts said it will be easier to map and it will be easier to make curves and all those tricky shapes, and they will be more round.:agreed:
cool :D
