I just reinstalled moh:aa on my pc that i built back near the end of the summer. i havent touched the game since the spring. for some reason i am not getting any sound whatsoever in any aspect of the game [louad-up,menu,training level].there is nothing. i looked at the Read Me help guide and it says that there have been problems reported with the Sound Blaser Audigy Series [of which i have the Audigy 2 platinum]. does anyone know of how i can fix this problem? i looked on SoundBlaster's official website and there is no known driver or patch available to fix this problem. Pacific Assualt works just fine. *grr* what should i do ?
yeah this happends to me to, ehm, what works for me is i take evvvvvvvvvvveeeery mod outta my main/mainta/maintt folder, because for some reason, single player doesnt like mods and wont let them be herd!(literaly!) so while you have a mod with a new weapon sound, that old weapon sound had to go some place, and there first place it goes is into the single player talk.... this took me about half a year to figure our btw.
wow. thats really weird. I also just re-installed cod for the first time in about 5 months and i had the same problem. it wasnt until i pulled out all of my mods and manually tested every one of them that i realised that there was a sound problem. I gave up working with moh though. it has been just too much of a pain in the ass - and i didnt even have any mods in the main folder in the first place...so meh. doesnt really matter anymore.
thanks for your help and input regardless.
well then your screwed, now arent you? :naughty: :0wned:
uh, no. it isnt that big of a deal....i realized that i dislike EA's ww2 games anyway. And please do not include that "owned" emoticon in your reply. it wasnt like what you said was an insult.
