hey, just a quick question. i have MOHAA and breakthrough installed, got all updated drivers, patch 1.11, nhancer (with 11A8 set). i also tired the FPS thing, seta_commax fps, ya know. the game starts and runs fine, i can play, but on online and regular games i have 20-35 FPS. my cpu usage is fine and so is my RAM usage. i dont play antoher other game on my pc, so i cant check to see if others run ok or not. i used to have 200+ on my old computer (yes it had XP). any help would be great to get my FPS up and get the lag out. i currently have a wireless card that i use, but am getting DSL installed friday. acer aspire, nvidia geforce 6200 OC, AMD atheloin 64 x2 2.1Ghz, 250gig hard drive, 1 gig ram, windows vista premiun home 32 thanks!! oh yea and id really like not to have to buy XP again!!

You should disable Vista's pretty features so the system isn't being stressed so much or buy more ram and a faster graphics card (GeForce 8). You could also go back to XP and say screw Vista.

Well at least you can run it. My laptop won't even install Spearhead or Breakthrough and in AA I also get low FPS. Buying a better video card is probably the solution.. Don't know what else to say.. Wait for Medal of Honor : Airborne?

If you only play Medal of Honor you don't need a powerful graphic card.

Newegg.com - Leadtek PX8400GS TDH 256MB GeForce 8400GS 512MB (256MB onboard) 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail

The GeForce 8400GS isn't the best card ever but it will run Medal of Honor with FPS probably over 200. And it handle Directx v10 (good with Vista) and all this for only ~60$

yea, i may try that. i kept reading somewhere that vista has problems running directx9 games since it is directx10. but this card i have is ok, heck it's brand new, the box said compatable with vista. and i checekd the specs against the 7300gs i used to have on the old computer. and they are just about the same. so im not sure still. that is real chaep for that card though.

Glad to hear it. But all that is strange.. it worked once with my GeForce 6150 on my laptop but had to change it (the laptop).. Then with the new one (same model, same card) It's not working.. anyway..

i have vista and if you use xfire to play mp you got this problem that you have fps dropdowns thats normal to get normal fps you have to run xfire in compatible mode xp sp2 and as administrator then your fps dropdown is gone
