It is pretty easy to fix. you have to delete some files from your registry. i did this yest. to reinstall my game. you dont have to backup reg. but better safe than sorry.

A) How to backup the registry:

Click the Start button-> Run Type in "regedit" Click on the Registry (File in Windows 2000/XP) menu, then click Export Registry File Type in "backup" for the File name, and make sure the Export Range is set to All. Click Save Save the file as Backup.reg Close the registry editor. You have now backed up your windows registry.

B) Performing the regedit and a manual uninstall for the game...

Click the Start button-> Run Type in "regedit" Double-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder Open Software folder Open Electronic Arts Open EA Games folder Delete both any entries for Medal of Honor Open the Microsoft folder Open the Windows folder Open the CurrentVersion folder Open the Uninstall folder and delete the following items, if you see them: Delete the{0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02} folder for MOH-AA Delete the {7914BE1E-F186-4790-B8F4-9F63C52A41C1} folder for MOH-Spearhead Delete the {823A68CC-3049-4A6B-8F63-7DC85E4BB1C9} folder for MOH-Breakthrough Close the registry editor C) We must now manually remove any leftover game files you may still have on the computer.

Open My Computer Open the C: drive. Open Program Files Open EA Games Delete MOHAA folder. Close the EA Games folder Open My Computer Open C: Open Program Files From the Menu Bar, select Tools> Folder Options Select the View Tab Check "Show Hidden Files and Folders" Press Apply and OK Open Installshield Installation Information folder Delete the{0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02} folder for Medal of Honor-Allied Assault Delete the {7914BE1E-F186-4790-B8F4-9F63C52A41C1} folder for Medal of Honor-Spearhead Delete the {823A68CC-3049-4A6B-8F63-7DC85E4BB1C9} folder for Medal of Honor-Breakthrough The game is now completely uninstalled.

E) Restoring the registry back up (This step is only necessary, if you are experiencing any issues with your operating system after you have performed the regedit)

Click the Start button-> Run Type in "regedit" Click on the Registry (File in Windows 2000/XP) menu, then click Import Registry File Find the backup file you created earlier and click on it Click Open and this will restore the registry.
