My first good model! 3100-some polygons, did it in one day (I need a life, I know :uhm: ). I'm pretty proud of it myself. It's not UVmapped or skinned yet, but here's the wireframe from MD3View...

looks good so far hope u complete it. anyway in my opinion people say playing games is unsocialble but u may meet new ppl to talk to

anyway good model so far(better than anything i could do)

I think you should reduce the poly count a bit.

It looks nice...I think, hard to tell from that wireframe as it has no distance fading. But yeah, definately lower the poly count, spheres should be a series of hexagons combined to make an apparent smooth surface, hexagons are only six triangles and can be quite large and still make an apparent smooth sphere. In 3D Studio Max you use Geosphere instead of Sphere to reduce poly count and rendering time.
