Mm.. I have been askin for help with getting my models ingame for a while, but have had no replies. Im guessin people are busy with there own projects, or just dont know the answers.
Im stuck at the simple part of it....CAPS!
Can someone put me straight on how the hell I set up a cap, as all the tuts seem to go along the lines of "cap your model in these places, blah blah, now that youve capped your model...."
I know this seems kinda simple for a guy who has made playermodels, but I started em all in Milkshape, and now have 3Dmax. I kinda got the basic layout, but if someone could show me capping, they would be doin me a great favour!
Maybe this is in the wrong forum, I dunno... Anyway before some tells me how to do this, I will say how Im doin it atm..... Selectin the ring of vertices on the edge (ie wrist). strecthin them out a touch and clickin "collapse" then "detach", now this gives me my "cap", but because of how I did it, its in the wrong place, and not flat. I know there is a more efficient way, so what is it?
