Maybe you should try reading the help file of whatever program you're using, if you don't understand it. I can't see how on Earth you wouldn't, though...

there isnt abutton that says save even when i right-click on the file icon

I really feel like stabbing you multiple times... Simply double-click the file you downloaded (taking that it is a .zip or .rar file as it should be) then look for an option called "extract to" look for the following directory: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base Extract the contents there, thats all you have to do.
