Hey guys when i compile my map it never finishes it just stops! if your read below you will see what i mean. P.S. my map size is "65536 X 65536 X 65536"

That doesn't look like default Q3Map2, but then again, I could be mistaken. ****ing mushrooms.

Do you have at least one enity in your map?
yes i have a small brush in the middel of the map with an info_player_start on it
Can you see grey 'nothing' from inside of map? Do you have info_player_start in brush or on brush or over brush? Do you have structural brushes? detail brushes? where?
P.S. i have been mapping sence JK2 ok so i know not to put the info_player_start in a brush. anyway here are your answers in radiant i see the structural sky brush except when i look at the corners it then chops it off. and the center my small brush were my info_player_start is at the position of 0,0,0 and my info player start is right on top of it. and all my brushes are structural.
