If that's the case, then I'll pass on the patch. I didn't use one for Jedi Outcast, and I damn sure won't use one for Jedi Academy. IMO a patch is just a correction add-on. To me that means they didn't do the game right in the first place (like they should have), and a patch is to fix their screw-ups. Plain and simple. 'Nuff said!!!

I alway's get the patches, when ever I can. Sometimes they have a new feature that make game-play more fun, which I'm sure none of you will complain about :)

lol, without patch, you can count the servers you can go onto at one hand after a few weeks. 600 servers in jk2 are for 1.04. for 1.02? only a few ppl hosting their own old-school server. and btw jk2 was way better with 1.04, you just didn't try it. in jk3, the patch ain't that great, but it's a first step. and 90% of the servers have already updated. so if ya wanna do real MP with skilled ppl on good servers, get a patch.
