Hi all, I know that this kind of problem is very ridicolus, but I can't find a way out (I already try to look both the manual and the forum archive). Basically I finished the training and I am tring to start a mission. After the mission selection and before the games really begin, I get a screen where I am supposed to upgrade my force. The problem is that I can not pass that screen. The help says something about selecting a force in order to upgrade it, but apparently it does not work. I try to click anyware but nothing happen. I hope I have been clear enougth in explaining my problem. How I can solve it? Thank in advance. Di Fresco Marco

You have to click on one of the force powers on the left or right side to continue, this will not work when you have used setforceall 3 or somthing else that has maxed out your force powers.

$Michiel$this will not work when you have used setforceall 3 [cut] that has maxed out your force powers.

That explain the problem! Thank you for the information. Just for curiosity: is this problem happening only after the training or in every part of the game? I know I should try to play 'fair' all the game along, but it would suck if in a moment that I would need more force I can't use a good 'setforceall 3'. Di Fresco Marco

If you really want to use setforceall 3 just make a .cfg file that upgrades all of your force and then puts a force you rarely use at level 2. (like force protect or something)

Thank you very much for the hint. I will try it.

in game, make sure that you do not type in the setforceall 3 cheat. I am having problems with that, it will not let you get past the force screen before missions.

I see. In fact I stopped using that cheat code and I solved the problem. Thank you very much.

This is easy to fix - Here's what I do:

  • When I get to the force selection screen, before I click on anything, i drop down the console,
  • type in setforceheal 2 (take your pick of power),
  • go back to the selection screen, and add my new force power point to the power who's level I just dropped (in this case, healing).

Even though the display does not show an empty force slot, the system will accept/allocate the point, and allow you to continue to the next mission.
