it needed a few things to make it longer :nodding: ...(i.e not going from aprentice to jedi knight, btw, how does that make sense? Jaden was first a new guy/girl then he was an appprentice...then jedi knight?! and when I first heard that I'm like" WTF?!?" moving on....)

and giving jaden more people to slice and dice( heheheh ) and making the academy more interactive(i.e interacting with people not just based on storyline, but having the play make the choices, kinda like galaxies...but not too much so like it)

oh yeah! and more races to be! like for example...

insted of just...twi'lik female...zaberak female..and human female/male and kel dor and rodian male...they should have let you be a trandoshen,wookie...etc,and more heads legs and torsos to choose from :nodding:

but the story itself is ok...but it could be better.

yeah, one thing I didn't like was the Academy. I expected more/harder training. In JO some of the training was pretty difficult and you had to work on it. it was simple in JA.

Also, I expected more than I got from the acrobatics. I thought that there would be a spot you had to do a long jump, or had to do that run up the wall thing to get somewhere. :(

The plot was ok...A bit generic, but it worked for what it was. The SP missions were fun, but if you compare them to JKO? No contest. JKO SP> JKA SP. It was far too short, also there were too few bosses (Only jedi+the Rancor). I liked the original JK, where your enemies were a whole team of elite (and mostly unique) jedi. Also there were too many dark force users, in JKO it was kinda special to meet a Reborn, but JKA had them on every single bloody level just about... The saber was too good, you could easily complete the game using only that. I really didn't like this, as the game has it's roots in the FPS genre. And the levels were waaaay too short compared to the other games in the series, in JKO there were only about seven areas, but they were so huge it took a long time to get through them.

yea....overall JKA isn't a very good single player game, but fortunately they got the multiplayer experience just right!

chr1s: rosh does suck, and you'll learn to hate him more further into the game...

and shadow, there were more dark force users and the sabers were more powerfull because this game was meant to lean more on the lightsaber than guns, JO was more about guns. and the guys who developed it realised how fun it was doing saber fights so they made JA.

I thought it was pretty good, like most other people I didn't really like the academy. The JO SP was by far better though, even though you don't start out with a lightsaber. I pretty much agree with what CorT says. I do, however, think there were a little to many Dark Jedi in JA, but that's ok I guess, cuz they were fun. I like how in JA you can't deflect as many shots with the lightsaber though, not even the greatest Jedi could stop everything.
