I'm flying to London tomorrow for a week on business. Any suggestions for military museums. I'm particularly interested in anything about the Blitz or the Battle of Britain in general.
Thanks.
enjoy your trip over there! ask people if they'd fancy some crumpets and tea ;)

Have you been on the HMS Belfast? It's quite easy to get lost in there:) http://www.iwm.org.uk/belfast/index.htm
Oh I know! Try the RAF museum in Hendon, it has a Battle of Britain section with He 111, Ju 87, Spitfires and others. :nodding: Oh and if you do go there look out for the section showing the daily life, some of the exhibition dummies are hilariously unrealistic

or for a bit of fun visit the London Dungeons ;)
(oh and don't worry, there's plenty of tea and crumpets for all)
Thanks for the tips. I'll check them out.
We like a nice bit of crumpet in good ole Blighty
I prefer Fondant Fancies with my Tea. Or in the afternoon for High tea (1600hrs) some scones, cream and strawberries
I prefer a nice cup of coffee in the morning around 14:00 and/or 16:00 and/or 20:00 with a nice cookie, cake, "stroopwaffel" or some little snack. I ofcourse drink europinian coffee, the american coffee just doesn't taste very good. a nice cup of thea is sweet sometimes (in the morning or around 12:00) but nothing beats coffee. PS: I'm not British but Dutch, but that doesn't really matterm does it? *runs off to get some coffee*
