I've just seen a movie, "Staler", and remembered that there is a game coming up with excellent graphics and huge levels :) (did one of you see that movie too? I don't really know what to think about it) I don't know if it has multiplayer support though, could be kinda useful for a mod :)

He's got a point. Those graphics are to die for...and vehicle support is on the way?

Look at this!: s05.jpg

Bah, who cares about graphics. The only engine i think FH should convert to is BF:V when it comes out.

Some people are gonna think that this is strange. . . but the most impressive thing (IMO) in that pic is the shadow along the white edging of that window right infront of that soldier! The shadow matches the shape of the brick above it!

Now that's an engine with attention to detail!

Yes, Red Orchestra is a very good mod. It has good graphics and (suprisingly) good gameplay!

Long range rifle fights are paramount in RO, but a skilled soldier with a SMG can also be effective at the relatively short distances the fights take place (100-200m) but are the best weapons up close. The F1 has shrapnel modeled, and the STiG-24 doesn't have shrapnel, but can be thrown farther.

FH must not convert to BF:V for one simple reason:

I'm not going to buy it.

:) Like I said before, they should move to a better engine, like HL2 or STALKER, or cray or whatever. At least these games have a much better mod compatibility. You can bet BF:V won't have an SDK either.

Blistex²Sucks that UT2K4 didn't support the huge maps that the refractor engine does. Looks like the urban combat is gonna be like nothing else we've ever seen!

Those look so close to CoD shots. That engine is nothing special, and infantry fights are boring after countless years of FPS's featuring nothing but infantry combat.

But this has both infantry and Vehicle battles!

Plust the graphics don't really start to shine until you're actually playing the game! Screenshots are nice, but nothing compared to the real thing!

While CoD's Berlin is really nice, I like the darker gloomier Berlin portrayed in those screenshots...
