I just have a 1942 M91/30 Mosin Nagant. Im relatively sure it was used in the war and saw action, given the testimony of a few local gun dealers after examining it.

I've always wanted a Mauser c96 as well, but those biatches are cash money time expensive as all hell. Also, its kinda more of a WWI militaria, but they were used by officers in WW2.

I kinda wonder about all of you who have "SS Helmets". Seeing as they are rare and expensive as hell. And judging by the rest of the items you own you aren't a super-rich collector (that wasnt meant to be belittling, i cant afford it either). There are a ton of fake SS helmet out there. I've been stung myself.

Well thats good it's got family connections. If it doesn't, beware. Yes indeed, you'll get the Luger in time. Anticipation makes it all that much sweeter when you finally get it. Good Deal English

From my Grandad, who was a sergeant in the British Glider Pilot Regiment, I have:

A German helmet (Quite bad condition but from the markings on the side I think its from an artillery regiment) A pistol holster (British) Numerous sergeant's 'stripes' His flying badge; his 'wings' An unused Boys AT round Another smallish shell, unsure what its from. Sunglasses that he wore whilst flying A bayonet His dad's (my Great Grandad) Home Guard badge

I also used to have a Mills Grenade, in full working order, although obviously with the fuse and explosives removed! It was fantastic, you could still prime it and pull the pin and the bolt would fly down to set off what would've been the fuse. Hell of a lot of power in it. However I was using it (and the other stuff) in a still life for an Art Project, and some bastard stole it. Extremely annoyed by that.

Hello! I started collecting about 10 years ago and found out the hard way about repros. Now, I know better. Before you start collecting, get some books on this stuff. There is one website that sells authentic items who I recently bought a flag from. Very nice. Check it out if youre interested. www.thirdreichcollectibles.com They don't have as much as other sites but they do carry authentic and interesting items. Thanks! Bertolleck
