I need to make it ultra-controllable... so it's really easy to drive it and whatnot :) (by editing the handling.cfg file). Specifically, I need to make the Squalo very good. Thanks :)

Use a car stat editor for GTA Vice City its easier to use and you can understand it better (Car Stat Editor Is Most Likely Found In A Lot Of GTA Sites)
