i'm new to modding, and am not really good at modding the files to where they won't blow up my computer, but most recently i d/l'd and used vice city mod manager. it was working fine and all the cars were going in as they were supposed to until i tried to install a mod on my own w/o backing up the files first. i screwed up the game and reinstalled. now not even vcmm will work properly. every time a modded car comes up it gives me the unhandled exception error. any ideas?

OK your problem is easy First: You should always keep a backup on the files that are going to be replaced. Second Unistall VCMM and the cars youve modded. Replace them with the originals in gta3.gamigo.de ( By You Not UR MOD MANAGER) Then reinstall VCMM and it should work...
