Here is my specs: ATI Radeon X850 PRO Pentium 4 2.4 GHz 2 Gigs of RAM Direct X 9.0

It should run fine but the 2.4 might hold it back a bit.

If you mean lag as in online gaming, he shouldn't have any if he has a DSL or Cable or T1-3 Connection.

Your PC should be fine, but look into upgrading the processor, preferably to an AMD 64-bit.

Your processer might slow it down a bit. Might want to upgrade it to a 3.2ghz P4. If your realing to change your motherbored for a AMD then get a AMD 3500+ or above.

NICE offcource ur pc will run Quake but u might get some longloading times and some hitching in game becuase ur CPU is a bit slow but the rest of ur spec is dead sexy
